Q: Why is the reduced branding so huge?
Hi, I purchased the lifetime plan to have a reduced branding in the emails, and the branding is actually bigger that the email content, is enormous. I thought it would be reduced. I'm very disappointed.

That sounds... weird. That absolutely shouldn't be the case, and it may be either a bug or the way an off-brand inbox provider handles the branding. The branding has always been minimal and relatively small, and this definitely catches our attention. You can email support@sendfox.com with screenshots and details and it would really help us see what's going on here, as this is the first we're hearing this type of issue.
