I wanted to check if SmartLead offers the ability to search for leads or businesses at the suburb level. I understand city-level searches are available, but I'm specifically interested in narrowing down results by suburb.
You can export your leads as CSV or PDF and here's a video on that: https://www.loom.com/share/f5e2acbc86034aa6acc3a3c86cd479f5?sid=429f5661-b606-440d-a29f-97e0859d09cb
Thanks for your help in the support ticket. The saved leads area doesn't offer the same UI output as the find leads section. In the saved leads area, I have to click one lead at a time to preview the GBP results, which is time-consuming. I think your best feature is the GBP and it would be great if the search results were also available via PDF download and Leads section.

Q: Can you allow us to save leads in bulk?
Looks like I can only save one lead at a time to a project. That's time consuming. Or am I not seeing the bulk save button? Thanks!

You can save leads in bulk by clicking on the "select all" button and click on any of the "save data" button on the card.

Q: Does the system allow us to send cold email manually?
Sometimes I would like to manually send an email to the prospect. Can I do this through Smatleads? Thanks!

Q: I like the GBP UI output but the export does not included that data
The GBP UI output is great with the suggestions and opportunities, but the export is missing that data.
And if our searches are not saved, then we have to search all over again.
Can you please let me know if I'm using this correctly?

Q: It doesn't seem to save searches
It doesn't seem to save searches unless I'm not seeing where they are.
Can you please clarify where the saved searches are?
