A: Hello! TikTok is a bit strange in that they will not allow developers to pass them video URLs that are not from the domain of the developer itself. So for us, it would have to use the Sociamonials domain. Since our CSV system only passes along the video file URLs that you provide in the CSV, it fails. That is why when you directly upload a video to our Publisher, you can post it to TikTok,...

Q: Continuing to develop?

Hi Craig,

I am wondering if you are continuing to develop the app? I looked at your roadmap and items there that were approved in 2019 are still not completed. Also, your support (which was better before) is now terrible. I asked a question in the app, got no reply. Asked again and was asked "how can I help you?". I literally had to tell Prakesh to read the message! Even then, he just told me what I already knew (and had pasted) without adding any helpful detail. What's happening?
