Q: Can we let AppSumo confirm that SpaceSerp is in Product Closure status?
SpaceSerp is no longer working. Its login broken most of the time. Even when you login, the search no longer works. Can we let AppSumo confirm that SpaceSerp is in Product Closure status? So that we can get our money back?
Google has updated the structure of its pages, which requires us to adapt our code and algorithms to accommodate these changes. Our team is already working on implementing the necessary updates.
It is down for quite some time now. And you stopped replying to customers' tickets and emails (not only me, please check the other recent reviews), it makes customers concerned.

Hi Guys, can we all affected contact appsumo support, and let them confirm that SpaceSerp is in Product Closure status? Only then we can get our money back.
I emailed appsumo but appsumo directed me to contact SpaceSerp. I think this is not a good experience. Can we somehow work together to get Appsumo take action on this?

The login issue seems to be fixed, but the search function is still broken. Entering any keyword results in a "Fetching your data" message, but no results ever appear. Eventually, an error pops up saying "Funds not enough," even though we have 15k credits available.
@m_1965, can you check if you're facing the same issue? We should coordinate to get AppSumo to take action on this.
Q: The API is not working? Even 10 concurrent requests block are all forbidden?
Why I get: 403 status code, concurrent limit reached, Forbidden?
