I posted a review earlier and AppSumo denied its posting under the moronic excuse that I had not purchased Streann, which I already had. In the sale of Streann, AppSummo engaged in false advertising; those that purchased this membership need to know. For the Streann membership, it did not list the fact that any member's monetization of their Streann membership would be subject to a considerable commission by Streann. For the customer, it means that a membership is "purchased". And then there are yet additional monies to be paid if the customer is selling their own, independently created content. I privately and directly informed App Sumo that they needed to include that in their product description proactively and honestly for their customers. And, in tandem, I absolutely wanted a refund due to this false advertising and misrepresentation. They chose not to update the description (last I checked, they still had not) and claimed that I was actually not due the refund because I had not identified their own false advertising within the original return period. Lesson? The first thing an AppSumo customer should do is email AppSumo to verify that they are being honest. Then, after making the purchase, review the membership's Terms of Use, Crosscheck it with Appsumo's description. And do it very, very quickly because, apparetly, the issue isn't false advertising. It's that you didn't identify this fact soon enough. It's a great recipe for misleading customers who, otherwise, like this website. And I have been one. But I have also concluded that as much as I like "the deals", honesty, integrity, and client care is priceless.

The product is a great tool but it is full of bugs and very often very glitchy. I had to downgrade recently because I felt that there is really is no additional value to be had if these simple bugs are not properly fixed. The value in what they are offering is definitely there but some logos do not display, I had to get support just for them to upload it in the backend. Not vey convenient. Branding is important and if not consistently showing as expected it becomes a problem, at least for me. Support is good, they reached after I inquired in a timely manner. After following the recommended directions regarding dimensions, the Favicon and the loading icon do not display as well as some of the logos I upload and some are not correctly displaying at all. The some of the branding experience is shaky at best. I was excited I first but I really just put this application aside in hopes these things get fixed since my refund window from my initial purchase has lapse. Very disappointed to say the least.

I have bought this with hopes of using it. When I initially got it I used a different email, to which they did accommodate me by changing the email. In that time, they overloaded my email with the promotional upgrade on the App LTD of which I I paid for the "VISIONARY LTD" through Affirm (they were giving that option rather then pay $500+ upfront). This was on 12/21/24, it is now a new year 1/4/25 and they still have until this day help me get this error straight.

I would cancel the entire deal but I would still be stuck with paying well over $600 for an app that I never got to use. The software itself seems to be pretty good...I did give that part a test run..but the app.... that's another story. They will respond to my emails about the issue maybe once or twice out of a day. That too is a problem because I have spoken with 3 or 4 different people though emails , all to whom keep giving me a run around with no solution to the problem.

All I want is for the product I'm paying for to accessible to me with customer support doing their job fully and not take my money and leave me to hang dry. By the way, I have sent screenshots of every transaction but still no overturn from Streann itself

I am a video content creator, marketing agency, CEO and entrepreneur Sir!! It's part of what I do for a living. Your sarcasm in implying that no one knows about video content, software or anything but you speaks volumes about your customer service. I have shared EVERYTHING that there is to be shared with your staff. It's your job to make sure it's done right and that your customers get what they pay for.

You may be #1 in the App Store but your #0 with customer care. FYI if you or your staff had taken the time to look, you would know that I put videos up just of this purpose.

I purchased Tier 2 of the platform in preparation for an upcoming project, expecting it to meet my advanced requirements. Initially, after activating the plan, the service worked as advertised, and Tier 2 features were accessible during the few test runs I conducted. However, when I logged in recently, I discovered that my account had inexplicably reverted to the free plan, stripping me of the features I had paid for.

To address this, I contacted customer support via email. Fortunately, customer support eventually resolved my issue.
