Hi,

1. I'd like to know if your articles and knowledge base section are publicly accessible for browsing and indexed by Google, or if they are exclusively used to train your AI support bot. This is unclear.

2. Regarding the JavaScript embed for the chatbot, is there a way to pass the name and email of customers as well as other variables (username, project id..etc), given that the chatbot will be embedded in an internal section of our website where customers are already logged in? I need to be able to identify them and track the pages they have visited on my website to best assist them. Please advise if your support board supports this functionality.

Q: Can I integrate the chatbot with Whatsapp with any tier?

I noticed that WhatsApp isn't featured as a default integration on your website, but I understand that with a paid model API and a plugin, it can be integrated. Could you please clarify if this deal includes those features? Thank you!

Q: Guard Rails

Are you guys working on some guard rails? I notice that I can say things like "What is the capital of the USA?" or "write me a python script thst prints hello world" and it does those things without any push back. This is in your demo on your website. I would like to know if you have guard rails or if you will be adding any more?

I confirm you can restrict the chatbot and force it to provide answers only for questions related to your company and training data. In our demo, we leave it open to all questions on purpose.

Can we access these with the LTD?
Also, if we need to re-assign a shop or for example, change the type of framework later, can we still do? (let's say, remove from Shopify and restart with a WordPress-based website or wix?)
Last : Do you provide a BYOK to increase limits?
I saw someone complaining in the reviews about setting up their email. is there any particular setup we need to stick to that's hard to deal with?

Yes you can change shop but you have to write us so we can reset it. You can use your OpenAI key but limits still apply as they are not related to that.

Setting up email is one click. Email piping just requires to enter SMTP AND IMAP details
