2. You admin area is blocked and you have to wait for the next month or upgrade. You users will still be able to send you messages.

Q: SMS to Email?

Can I use Support Board via SMS as a chat channel? And, specifically, here is the workflow I'd like to achieve...

1. Customer sends SMS message with attachment from their cell phone, for example 123-456-7890
2. The bot creates email message and pretends their phone number to my domain as new email sender, e.g., 1234567890@mydomain.com
3. The bot attaches an attachment from SMS to email and sends it to a prescribed email address: receiving@mydomain.com

SMS are supported and you can send and receive messages, same for email. You can also get email notifications when someone send SMS to your number, but doing exactly what you wrote is not possible unfortunately :(

Q: Do you provide for add on messages ?

Am set to join tier 2 with 25K limit in messages . Although this limit is enough for me , I would just like to know what happens if I cross this limit in a particular month ? Is there a pay as you go pricing for crossing the limits ? Or any other option for dealing with such a situation ?

A: If you cross the limit the account is suspended and you have to upgrade to a higher tier (or you can buy a new AppSumo code).
