Q: What is an agent? ANd how many sites can I have Chatbox on?
I am confused? Is this only for one website? And an "agent" is just a user who has access to the acccount? This makes no sense. How many website can I use this on? And would each website have it's own chatbot, trained on its own serarate resources? I want to use this for my client and each client woudl need its own chatbot train in its own unique way. So is that what an agent is? I only get three agents, so i get three chatbots and can use them on three websites? Ugh, not sure this is the deal for me, can't even understand what it is?
I confirm all AppSumo tiers are for 1 client only. If you want to use it for your clients, you must buy a new AppSumo plan for each client, and register a new Support Board account for each client. Or you can opt for the reseller version: https://board.support/resellers

Q: Handover from Human to AI / bot
Hi, let's say the AI bot provides some answers, then human takes over, can the human handover back to AI, will ai have memory and context - for that client ( they are logged in the main platform (WordPress membership site ? Can the user ask to be transfer back to the human agent and then handed back to AI bot if appropriate ? How long is the support chat content retained for, if we have clients that use us 3 years or longer? Thanks, V

Can you please confirm that white label is in fact included in the AppSumo version and not a paid add-on? There is no "Powered by Support Board" branding or similar?
