Love Support Board

I have tried a few bots on my online store and this one is the best by far! I get a lot of spam from marketers, Store builders etc and needed a bot to automatically handle all of the enquiries that come through the inbox. As with most software, there is a learning curve but the interface is very easy to get around. I use ai to create workflows for each situation and it is working perfectfully. Dificult to understand - not easy to use.

I've been trying to make the support board work, and finally got it to work, well it suddenly stopped recieving and sending messages. It asked me for a payment for creedits, not sure why it needs that, or what functions charge for creedits.

Since this happened, and even after the payment I have not get it to work as before, for instagram and messenger.

I understand whatsapp its a bit more difficult, but I already had it working. Why did it stopped?

Also I have not been able to make the flows work, I've been working with an open ai Agent. How to mix the best of both worlds.

Iam a Marketing agenc,y with many clients that are interested in this service, if this issue get resolve, I can change this review, not ask for reimbursement and even buy more.
