Q: I’m unable to download private YouTube videos since I did an update. Before the update it was working.
I was using Surfshark 2 Video Downloader correctly to download private YouTube videos, but after updating to the latest version, it no longer allows me to do so and shows the following message:
"Failed to parse the URL. Please log in to the website from the private panel and try again, or provide a valid URL."
I have logged in again, downloaded the latest version of the app, and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this? Thank you very much.

Q: Clipping - "file does not exist"
The completed downloads when I use the "chapters" part of the clipping feature do not work, they do not appear in the download folder and when trying to open them in the app it says "file does not exist". General downloads and manual clipping downloads work but "chapters" is the feature I wanted the app for, can you tell me why this may not be working
