Thank you for your question. Currently, only the survey creator receives an email when a response is submitted. However, the feature to send results to participants after completing a poll or any survey is in early development and is expected to be available during Q1 of 2025. 😊
As of now, you can send a thank-you email to participants manually. To do this, head to the Details screen for the survey by clicking the "Details" button on the dashboard. In the Contributors tab, you'll find an email icon next to each participant's info—click it to open your default email client and send your message. We're also exploring ways to streamline this process in the future! 😊
Q: CRM and tests for school
Hi 1) I saw that there was no CRM or direct integration with a CRM system with Surveyed yet, but is it possible to extract or downlaod the users credentials (name, surname, email and phonenumber) via CSV or pdf? Because if i am doing reviews it is maybe important to sent them afterwards an email back to thank you the clients or to do a newsletter via another software. 2) i have a small agency but also i am a schoolteacher, is possible to via surveyed make a test or make exams and include video's , pictures in the questions that I ask to the students? 3) In tier 3 there are 100 surveys/month. If for this month 100 surveys/reviews are active, does it mean that i have for the next month 0 surveys, or do i get next month another 100 new surveys, So i have 100 surveys active and 100 new ones? Hi, I like the look of your tool. I wondered what the limits are for video: What is the max limit size for uploaded videos? What is the max video length for videos recorded as a response? Do you allow for multiple videos per survey and if so how long are they saved for?
