One of the best link shorteners.
I purchased Switchy full stack back in February 2021, and till today this is still my go-to and favorite tool for all my links.
Support has been great, responsive and helpful, and the tool is constantly updated (just two weeks ago as an example: OS redirect, click limit redirect, link expiration redirect, updated Chrome extension, etc.)
Definitely worth buying!

I love switchy but I found a little problem
I use switchy to do analytics and retargeting of conversations to whatsapp. The link is created perfectly, it works great.
But in the case of whatsapp, the user (who clicks on the link), is directed to a link that includes the + sign in the url, by doing this whatsapp is able to start the conversation but you do not see the profile picture of the recipient.
Without the + sign, if the profile picture is seen and the profile picture impacts conversions.
Switchy is one ascii character away from being perfect.

Support slow and missing features
I really liked it at the beginning but development is very slow or non existant since more than 1 year.
I asked for features but didn't receive replies or Jeff said it's in the roadmap (been in the roadmap for several years)
Bought it in 2022 and it's lacking features that other link shorteners have now such as multiple users ( clients, subaccount, multitargetting based on country / ip /os / browser)
API works but sometimes it's throwing 404 errors, try it again and it works.
Firefox redirections don't work neither iPhone ones for some links and there's no way to redirect those users.
