"After onboarding survey you get sent to the pricing page with one option. Hit stripe checkout screen, apply code and then you get the credits and are off to the races." I also contacted support. A: Thanks for the note. Taja generates thumbnails with your face as long as the video is a full screen talking head video. If it is not it is a fully AI generated thumbnail in which you can edit and use Canva pro to generate the thumbnail with your face. Below is a video on this. Let me know if you have any questions.
