Tier 5 purchaser here. I'm abit concerned that Tier 4 & 5 are only mapped to your Starter plan. I commonly see sumolings being locked out of new features due to the Appsumo ltd being mapped to the lowest tier and the founders adding new features to their higher plans.
Please can you map Tier 4 & 5 to your Pro plan so that we have piece of mind?

The client intent to call the sms number. Is it possible to redirect the call to my user’s phone. I know it is not possible with the api itself.. but can you give me some advice to plan how to begin ☺️

My question is, is it possible to create a user by api and associate him a phone number. They give me their number, install the app and gets connected. 3/ I know that you don’t provide calling functionality.
My mind : one number send sms for all my users to their clients, presenting as an assistant of my users. But if a client call the number, as I can’t reroot the call to the user… I would like to send a sms to the user to say a client intent to call them. Seems with webhook api, possible to find the number who send the sms (in documentation you say that same number is always used). More clear ?
You will soon (within a couple of hours) have an API key for each sub user. That api key giver you access to all of the contacts and numbers of that sub user via that api and no-code tools.
Webhook isn't currently triggered for calls, only for received messages. You can trigger anything when you receive an SMS tho.

1.) We don't currently have the buy more credits feature, but now that you mention it it makes sense.
2.) We don't provide you with the numbers, the numbers you have are the ones from your sim cards that you have set up on your devices.
3.) We don't support calls, only sms for now.
