I read unlimited credits but there is a limit?

Am I correct to say, that the sounds from here cannot be used together with visuals as relaxation videos without synchronizing them with voice or other audio?

From all I have seen, it seems the sounds must be synchronized with other audio - especially a voice-over.

Please help clarify this so I can know if the sound itself can be used with a voiceless video and the license would still be valid.

I bought because I see it is a one time purchase...but correct me if I am wrong please.
