At the moment with don't handle voicemessages, but that's a very good idea! We'll put this in our backlog, perhaps once we have this working it is also possible to reply with an voice message too.
As we use OpenAI models, they support quite a lot of languages, so that means Tiny Talk also inherits this ability.
I have a WordPress marketplace with various types of providers across different industries. Basically, what I want is for users to enter my WhatsApp and ask, for example, "Plumbers in the north area of Los Angeles" or "Recommend a gardener in Round Rock," etc., and for the result to be that specific recommendation.
This is just an example, but the idea is that I want to get responses based on the marketplace.
The other question: Can this be used as an agency, allowing my clients to access this system and view their chats, leads, etc.?
Yes, you can train your chatbot/agent on your website to gather all the content you have, and once your visitor/user asks a question then your content will be used to answer the query in the best possible way.
I think you can already do a quick proof of concept using Tiny Talk. Just sign up for a free account and it should allow you to get a feeling...
1) If I use WhatsApp integration, will I have to pay WhatsApp for the messages as well? 2) Also, when a user opens the widget on my website, is it possible to show the WhatsApp integrated chat button inside the interface so that the user can choose whether he wants to talk to me on WhatsApp or continue the chat in the chat widget itself?
Thank you for reaching out and happy to answer your questions.
1. Yes, WhatsApp does charge per conversation and the cost varies per county and use case. They give free 1,000 conversations per month as far as I know but better to get all this information from WhatsApp directly, we provide integration of WhatsApp into our platform....
Thank you for reaching out and happy to hear it looks awesome! 🤩 That is certainly in horizon, in fact in development. We're building the "Teams features" to enable you invite users to your team/workspace and allow them access to certain bots/agents to manage only what they have access to, including handling Help Desk support, managing knowledge base, setting up lead forms and so...
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
I can address most of your points, but for some, I’ll need your input:
- High OpenAI API Consumption: Our system does not generate API consumption when idle. It’s possible that a queued training job was processed, or your API key is being used elsewhere. If you haven’t already, please create a dedicated API key for Tiny...
ok everything is fine and thanks for the reply, I will write to you today! On Appsumo we grow together and we cannot just hope that those we finance do not fail. This is why we deserve to have moved from a basic profile to an enterprise and not pay for the features of an enterprise profile and get a Basic profile for life. 100% of the time, Basic, means that we do not receive the best upgrades
I would also like to see at least the top tier 7 "officially" mapped to a plan like "Enterprise". Purchasing 7 times more codes than a 1-code buyer but only having assured the future plan updates of "Basic" is concerning. If there's no compromise in giving us the "Enterprise" mapping now, it's hard to be confident that we'll get any of the top future updates that will be tied to the highest plans.
Q: Can the Whatsapp integration handle voice messages from the users? It is okay to output text as bot answers.
Also, does it support other languages?

That’s amply clear now . Thanks .
Q: Agency question
First, this looks awesome!
Wondering if we get 7 codes...
Can we grant users access to their own admin dashboard?
If not, is that potentially on the horizon for future updates?
I'd love to sell this as white label, but without having to manage backend for my clients.
Any response is appreciated.

Q: I purchased Tier 7 and would like to clarify some concerns
Purchased Tier 7. Concerns:
High OpenAI API consumption (even when idle). Requested limit with 4o.mini and option to continue without API.
Poorly customizable avatar: need enlargement, free position, and PNG with alpha channel.
Limited chat: lacks image import, emoticons, and voice interaction.
System texts in English (e.g., "Contact support AI Agent..."), without customization options.
Credit attribution: "by TinyTalk" can be removed, but I would like to be able to enter "By Company Name."
What happens when training credits are exhausted (100 million characters or 200,000 messages per month)?
The phrase "All future updates to the Basic Plan" is worrying; I would prefer "Enterprise," given the investment of Tier 7.
I await responses to evaluate whether to maintain the subscription. Thank you.

Yep, that's what being mapped to the lowest plan means. When out of AppSumo, you won't get any of the features introduced into the higher plans.
