Upgraded to tier 4 and got charged full price for both
Upgraded to tier 4 form tier 2 and got charged full price for both. AppSumo promises to give a refund within 60 days of purchase but it does not give me an option to click refund for tier 2 license since it says that it is outdated now although I upgraded within 3 day period. Unable to connect with a human on AppSumo neither, only leads me to articles on how to get refund but does not address my issue.

You will hate yourself for not buying this deal!
If you run any service-based or learning business that deals with booking clients or students. This is a NO-BRAINER deal.
Trafft is "PERFECT" for my busy, commercial, multi-room recording studio in Los Angeles.
And it's ONLY $79? WTF! We paid another booking service $49 per month for 12 years, and Trafft is sexier and works better than the other one.
For me to say that we love Trafft is not enough to share how we feel about it.
The only thing I'm sure the guys at Trafft are thinking about is a QuickBooks integration that will allow a booking to create an invoice in QuickBooks automatically. But for now, it only takes about one minute to manually create that invoice myself.
If you don't buy Trafft while it's available for the lifetime deal - You will hate yourself.
