I'm not clear on a user. Usually on these type of platforms you have a set a people that Admin (setup accounts and create course and course content), and then you have students that will access and take the courses. Which one is the user on this platform or is 1 user both (either or)?
A: Sorry for the delay. This is set up as an internal training tool. For those purposes users and employees learners are all considered users in its current set up. We're considering how to do public courses but have not yet figured out how we'd do those plans. Something reasonable would be mapped for the sumo plans.
Can this tool integrate with open ai or Chatgpt where for every searching, it will automatically compared with the database, and then response it intelligently with ai, like what chatbot or Chatgpt can answer intelligently.
Can this tool integrate with our own internal private server ?

A: Yes exactly. For files there is a limit on how much storage space you can use based on your plan but no limit on number of files. For articles done with the internal editor there is no limit.

Internal private server is not something that would be part of the appsumo deal but is possible
