No longer working with Youtube as of December 10, 2024
I like the app, it's one of the better Youtube transcription products out there. Unfortunately, that all changed since I purchased it. Now when I paste the Youtube link I want to transcribe I get this ERROR message. "YouTube has been aggressively blocking our servers π
Please download the video and use our file upload option. We are working on a solution."
Transcript.io provided a link that would let you download the audio separated from the video, but now even that link no longer works. If you are looking for a Youtube transcription solution, THIS IS NOT IT, at least until they get it sorted. And there is no notice or any indication of when that will be.

99% great and a few wild points
Great way to summarize google meet meetings. If you use it as a base and a little quick editing, you get a good result... but make sure it hasn't thrown up a weird mixup, like it described one of our therapists as a problem client. Even with the odd error it does 99.5% of the work for you.
