Hello, I'm impressed with the Tym chatbot, however, I require a few additional features. The AI response system is effective, but how can I communicate with customers during my office hours? For example, from 9 to 5, there will be live human chat support, and outside of office hours, the AI chatbot will be available.
Have you thought about setting up custom domains for each chatbot create on the roadmap?
Is it acceptable for users to provide their personal email for a whitelabel services plan?eg. whitelabel by custom domain email

A: 1: Yes, it should only pull from what you give it. However, there is a checkbox in the chatbot config that would let you allow it to go outside its Knowledge for answers. But you have to turn that option on for each chatbot. 2 & 3: Right now our website integration is the chatbot widget. We also have the playground feature when you are logged into tymbot.io that lets you use it like you would...
