Q: Getting 'user not yet confirmed' error

Have reached out to support via the chat widget on website and no response for several days.

Also your support page link: http://support@viewfi.io/

returns error: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Please advise how to resolve.

Q: What happens if I change the admin user's role to team member in the settings?

I found out the hard way. Don't do it! You won't be able to log in again until you reset your password and then the admin user will lose basically all of its privileges. I need help! This shouldn't be possible or the admin user to do to themselves or it should not be listed in the user settings.

Q: Three questions before I make a purchase

I would like to use this app as a replacement for RafflePress. Here are my requirements:
- The tasks can be optional; for example, it should not be mandatory to watch the full video.
- Participants should be asked to complete additional tasks, such as commenting on a specific video or post.
- Rewards should only be given to verified business emails.

Is this possible?
