A: Hello, our product is geared towards ecommerce stores and not ecommerce saas products. It picks product images from store (Shopify/Non-Shopify) and converts them into studio-level videos to help them create ad videos at scale.
I generated a video using up 5 credits, the 19secs video turns out to be interesting. The character has two right hands in one slide performing different actions while in another slide has a hand in between the legs. But my credits are already consumed without a chance to correct the video during preview. We don't expect the product to be perfect from day one, that's how we support founders here, but the good faith must be mutual in terms of how products are monetized. Kindly tell us your remedy to such situations. So far you have not addressed the abysmally low video credits and high consumption. We all lose if the product does not succeed on Appsumo.

Although I purchased your product already, I am waiting for your updates to determine if I'll proceed with an upgrade or refund request. Please give your feedback to all issues promptly, particularly on the low credits limit. Seems no one paying attention to this.

Although we have the $20 top-up plan, if you want higher credits refreshed every month, would recommend you upgrade the plan via AppSumo. Cheers!
