Q: Confusion about zootools.ai and zootools.co

Hey ZooTools team! Thank you for an amazing product! I have a confusion regarding zootools.co and zootools.ai. I tried zootools.co on a free plan and then decided to buy zootools plan here on appsumo and I have got an access to zootools.ai. It seems to be essentially the same tool but the app is different, providing different capabilities and functionalities (i.e. those cool forms from zootools.co are not there on zootools.ai or are in a different place, transactional email templates, etc.)

Not sure why is that. As a sumo-based license owner, can I have the access to zootools.co app, that I initially tried out on a free plan?

Q: Signup failed

Tried to sign up with google, being redirected to login page. when i try to login with google login im being redirected again to login page.
Trying to create new account manually, it says account registered already with google.
So basicly impossible to login. :/

It sounds like there may be a bug causing the issue. Here are a couple of steps to try and resolve it:
Go to this link directly: zootools.ai/workspaces – this should bypass the login loop and get you into your account.

1. Can you go to https://zootools.ai/workspaces
2. Sometimes that solves the issue.

Q: Can't Zootools be used for sales and promo emails, emails to an established contact list that includes cold leads?

What does this mean? "Note: zootools is a marketing tool and prohibits cold outreach emails, if you're planning to use the tool this way, delete the account and find another product. We'll monitor future campaigns and ban people using ZooTools this way".

I have a medical office business where I will be sending my already established clients/patients update email as well as emails about promos we will be having and events we may have. Some of these emails will reach clients who have not been with us for a long time or expressed interest in our services but never scheduled appointment (so cold leads). If they get my emails, will that lead to me getting banned by Zootools?

Can you explain this too? "Do you collect explicit permission from your contacts to send them emails? e.g: a checkbox or a disclaimer on forms, signups, etc"

Q: Questions About Platform and API

I have a few questions. The platform seems to still be under development, and it looks like you're migrating from the old version to the new one. I searched for the API documentation, but only found a mention on a blog without a link to the actual documentation. The API is crucial for me when choosing a tool, especially for marketing.

How many domains can I connect? Are there any restrictions? Regarding workspaces, I saw an interesting separation. Is there a limit to the number of workspaces that can be created?

As for resources, with License Level 1, you offer 2,500 contacts and 10,000 emails per month. If we exceed this limit, what are the additional costs?
