Currently now, the default styling is with solid background. Sure, you can create a chatflow that collects those, the site visitor contact details will be automatically updated with those info when shared.

Let's say a user visited my website, started a chat, and provided their email address, but left before I could respond.
What happens when I answer that chat?
Will that user get the email notification? and when?
Or does that chat automatically convert into a ticket?
