Yes, we currently have a basic geo-filter that works based on the user's browser language to control where the banner appears. That said, based on customer feedback, we’re working on improving this with a more accurate, location-based system — coming soon!
By default, the banner shows to all users. But in your dashboard, you can select specific regions or countries. Once set, we’ll check the user’s browser language — if it doesn’t match, the banner won’t load at all.

Q: TCF and Google Consent Mode
Does it support TCF 2.2 and Google Consent Mode v2?
A customer brought this to our attention yesterday — AppSumo domains were mistakenly being flagged as if they were on a Pro trial. We've since fixed the issue and removed the faulty flag from all LTD accounts.
So no worries — there are no trial expirations for any AppSumo users!
At the moment, we don’t support hiding consent options like that because it's not allowed under GDPR regulations. Users must be given a clear and equal choice — so buttons like “Reject All” can't be removed if you're targeting GDPR-compliant regions.
We’re committed to keeping CookiePal fully compliant, but always open to feedback for improving the UX...
Q: Show up only by country?
Is it possible for the pop up only to show for certain countries that require cookie pop up? and not show for countries who dont require it?

Q: I created an account outside of AppSumo, and it seems to default to a Pro Trial. What should I do?

Q: Can you add a feature that we can select to hide some buttons on the consent banner?
Eg. I would like to have only 2 buttons on some websites. A button "Save Preferences", which are the default cookies, and one button "Accept All".
