1) What exactly does "1 credit" mean? How many conversations is it enough for?

2) Which AI model does DM Champ use? Can I select my preferred model(s)?

3) Can I only purchase credits from you, or do you have BYOK options?

4) Does DM Champ only work within messaging apps (e.g.: Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp), or can I set it up as an individual customer support popup on my website?

5) Do you integrate with non-business (personal) WhatsApp accounts?

6) Are you planning on adding more native integrations down the line? (E.g.: WordPress, Telegram, etc.)?

7) If I purchase the agency plan, will I be able to set credit limits to each subaccount and/or monitor or control their daily/weekly/monthly credit usage?

I'm very interested in how your software works for Instagram DMs. I noticed you've provided a behind-the-scenes look at WhatsApp, but for Instagram, the only example I see is sending a message to your account. Could you provide a demo showing both perspectives—what it looks like for the prospective client and how it appears on the business side? This would help me understand if this is a good fit for us and how it functions in real use. Thanks!

This is a very very tempting deal. However, the fixed cost of the credits seems like a poison pill. Is there something you’re willing to add to the deal (language) that would ensure we aren’t stuck at an inflated price forever? Even OAIs voice model recently dropped 85%, and obviously competition among all LLMs continues to result in better AI and lower costs. If I end up using something with lower variable costs, the cost of this LTD is wasted. Thanks
