Hi team, I've just read a few reviews here, and I wanted to clarify the notion of transactional emails. Since Tier 6 includes a WooCommerce integration, I wanted to confirm with you that transactional emails, such as order confirmations, will be possible to send from your platform. Or are they not included anyway despite the WooCommerce integration?
Also, I'm a little bit confused about segmentation. In the product description and the AppSumo promo video, you advertise it as a feature, but after reading more, it seems it's not included in the AppSumo deal. Can you clarify that?
A: Hey Vgreen! Thanks for the thoughtful questions — really appreciate you digging into the details. Let’s get into it:
🔹 Transactional Emails (and WooCommerce) Even though Tier 6 does include WooCommerce integration, transactional emails (like order confirmations) are not part of the 2025 AppSumo lifetime deal — across any tier, including Tier 6.
Secondly - on your roadmap it appears that nothing is in progress and only one new feature is planned. Are you still actively developing Encharge with new features and integrations?
You’re totally right to flag this — and I really appreciate how clearly you laid everything out.
Let’s break it down:
✅ Double opt-in support is already included — right now — in the 2025 LTD deal.
We quietly launched it earlier this year and didn't do a great job updating our roadmap post 😅 But you can already: • Enable double opt-in when adding subscribers via forms or...
sorry to bring up the API question again, been reading a lot about this already here but still quite confused.
I would like to purchase this deal and use Encharge combined with my Bit Integrations and Bit Flows licenses in Wordpress. Their documentations says I need to generate an API key to connect them. Now I can't figure out if this would be an API event or another kind of API use. Is it possible with the Growth plan features of this deal or not?
Thanks for digging into this — I'm David and I'll cover this for Daniel, I'm happy to clear it up for you!!
You're not triggering an "API event" in Encharge, so you don’t need the API Events feature (which is only in the higher plans). What you're doing through Bit Integrations is just sending data via the API Key — this is a basic auth connection to let Bit Integrations talk to...
While Encharge is now legally based in Florida 🇺🇸 (we’re under new ownership as of 2025 - I myself as a new owner was a buyer of Encharge in 2021, through AppSumo 😸), the company was originally founded and operated out of the EU — Bulgaria, specifically. Because of that, our infrastructure was originally set up to comply with strict EU privacy and data...
Great question—and thanks for being part of Plus 🙌🙌
So here's the deal:
We don’t have a native integration with Brilliant Directories specifically, but Encharge works with a ton of tools through: • Zapier • Pabbly • Integrately • Webhooks
If Brilliant Directories supports any of those—or even just webhook notifications when something happens on your site—you should be...

Q: No double opt-in feature?!
In Europe it's crucial to have a double opt-in feature - otherwise marketing emails can be illegal.
Looking at your roadmap it appears to still be under review...since 2021 😳 When will this crucial feature be completed?

Q: Florida vs "Europe"
If you're based in Florida, why do you store your customer data in a European warehouse?

Can you please check if this can be integrated to other AppSumo product e.g. Brilliant Directories websites?
