What exactly integrations are available in lower tiers? In description of the plans there is a link to "Integrations & marketing automations" list. But evidently not all integrations on the page are available for lower tiers. Besides 3 that are explicitly excluded, Hubspot, Salesforce and Segment are also not available. The plan in the account says 50+ integrations. I see 17 in "apps" for my plan. Where can I see the whole list that I will finally have?
The forms on my websites can send webhooks. Can I use webhook to integrate my forms, or I should use your Site Tracker anyway?
If I use Site Tracker, what should I state in my cookie policie to be GPRP compliant? Falls your cookie in Marketing group?
I have read in docs that there are "Anonymous people" that will appear in the account... Are they counted in subscriber limits?
A: Hey! Great set of questions — let me break these down clearly for you 👇
🔌 What integrations are included in lower tiers?
You’re right that not all integrations listed on our website are available to AppSumo 2025 lifetime deal (LTD) buyers. To clarify, all LTD plans are mapped to our Growth plan, not Premium.
Here’s what’s excluded from the Growth/LTD tiers (including Tier 6):
I have not understood about API. https://encharge.io/integrations/api/ Is what is mentioned under "How you can use the Encharge API" available for lower tiers?
Will further developed integrations be available also? Say I saw Google Ads integration request in your roadmap suggestions. If you do it, will it be available?
Yes — the REST API is available on all LTD tiers, including Tier 6.
What’s not included is the Ingest API (used for event-based segmentation) — that’s Premium-only.
For new integrations like Google Ads: if it’s part of Growth, you’ll get it on all tiers. If it’s Premium-level, we’ll make that clear. Hope that helps!
Adding anonimous to the flow sounds interesting. Is it possible to trigger some specific action when the anonimous user in the flow visits the website? Say, show him special offer popup. Or what are the use cases?
Does site tracker tracks clicks (links of buttons) or other events?
and the last one )) If one of my subaccounts will grow so much that will not fit in my plan, will it be possible to export its list or/and smoothly move it for separate account within available at that moment plans?
Q: Contemplating an upgrade to Tier 6
I am thinking about upgrading to Tier 6 before the deal ends in 4 days (currently on Tier 3). However, when I looked at it from the upgrade page on my Appsumo account, it says that Tier 6 only gives me the Woocommerce integration (which I do not need at this time) and more subscribers. My sole reason for considering this upgrade is the Thrivecart integration from the Encharge end (I already enabled it via Write Key on the Thrivecart end). Is this integration only for those who purchase Tier 6 from the start, or can someone like me upgrade from Tier 3 to 6 and get this integration as well?
Q: Can you share what is 2021 users upgrading to tier 6 now get which 2025 users are not getting with
tier6 new purchase and vice versa.. Just saw this deal 2 days back.. The mix and match is adding confusion to me while going through new and old comments to decide if it is worth taking now?
A: ✅ If you're a 2021 user and you upgrade to Tier 6 now, you’ll keep everything from your original deal plus get the 2025 Tier 6 features. Here’s what that means:
You get:
• Everything from your original 2021 plan (including access to API events, event-based segmentation, HubSpot integration, etc. — even though these are not included in the 2025 deal) • All the subscriber and feature upgrades...
Yes — flows in Encharge can absolutely be triggered by webhooks 🎯
You’d use the “Webhook” trigger inside a Flow to listen for incoming data from another tool (like a form, checkout page, etc.). Once Encharge receives that webhook, the flow kicks off automatically.
It’s super handy for connecting tools without native integrations — or for advanced use cases where you...
First of all, thanks for Encharge! Your Roadmap seems nearly empty for this year. Have you any plans to improve the analytics (metrics)? Your product is great and also your support responds fast. However, the metrics are very basic, and the UI could give a much better overview. Any plans to change that in the next 6 month?
A: Hey CZB-Team — first off, thank you 🙏 That means a lot, especially as we push forward under new ownership this year.
You're right: the public Roadmap at feedback.encharge.io hasn’t shown much lately — but not because nothing’s happening. We’ve actually been heads-down rebuilding key parts of the product (like Forms, Shopify, and ThriveCart) and didn’t do a great job of reflecting that...

May 31, 2025A: Great question — and yep, ThriveCart is only available on Tier 6, but if you upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 6 now, you will get access to it ✅
You don’t need to have purchased Tier 6 from the start — as long as you end up on Tier 6 before the campaign ends, you’re good to go 🙌
We quietly added the ThriveCart integration mid-campaign as a bonus for top-tier buyers. You can enable it fully from...
