Q: Trial Version without entering credit card?

Hi,

Is there a way to have a quick trial without entering a credit card? I am a niche non profit market and want to ensure it will meet the need that I have. Thanks.

Q: Register and login with email+ password

I really prefer email + password - not Magic Link etc because that makes it a struggle to log in.

A: I hear that but for security we authenticate users with a single factor via a one-time-use code sent by email. This reduces hacking and license stealing, which is rampant.

Hence, there is no password to change - or hack for that matter. Once you log in, you stay logged in until you want to log out.

Q: Support not responding, credits not updated for previous buyers?

Hello,

I've bought Eurekaa the last time you were here. It says in the Plan info: "Previous AppSumo customers will be grandfathered into any new features and feature limits" But when I logged in, it still was 60 credits for keywords and not 120.

Also, Eurekaa support does not respond. I've send a support ticket on november 11th and a "hello, anybody there?" on the 15th. It's the 26th now and still no answer. So when I read, email support to get your credits topped up, I'm not confident you will respond.

So, how do I get my credits increased and how will I get support for your product?

A: Support is responding to everyone and logging a ton of tickets. Are you sending to the right email? It is support@eurekaa.io so checking spelling. I do not know your email address but I looked and do not see any emails on those dates with “hello anybody there “ and there are none in our firewall filters so assume they are not getting through. A: If you buy an additional code which would be a new workspace. IF you mean the focused tagged "workspaces" in the platform, no, that cannot be shared because that is in the Content Planner where the Editor and other functions also reside.
