Q: How can I disable users own access to whitelabel settings?
I am in love with Followr, and everyone I show it to is also enthusiastic. But I have an urgent concern:
When I invite a user to a company, they also have the option in a login area to create whitelabel settings or subscribe to a Followr pricing plan. Of course, that doesn’t make any sense because then the whole whitelabeling becomes obsolete if they can finalize a pricing plan themselves, which may be only half as expensive.
Is it a bug that a user can create a "New Company" and completely detach from my account? And in the "New Company," where they are automatically directed, find all the whitelabel settings?
This needs to be disabled urgently; otherwise, all the acquisition work and pricing structures we establish are pointless.
Or am I doing something wrong?
And second question: what is the difference between users and admins?
A: what you’re pointing out is absolutely logical, and we’re currently evaluating the best way to handle it.
Right now, when invited users create a new company, that company gets created outside your main account — meaning it’s no longer under your whitelabel environment. That’s obviously not ideal. The solution we’re working on is to block invited users from seeing or using the “Create New...
OK, thank you. Approximately when do you think it will be finished?
I found two more bugs, the first one is important:
1. When I invite someone as an admin from my whitelabel account, he can delete other admins, including me as the Whitelabel owner. After that, I no longer have access to the company. That just happened to us.
2. If someone registers with a different email address than the one they were invited with, they can also create an account outside of the white label.
And if someone is invited, they shouldn't have to fill out the company's details again, as they already exist.
Q: Each tier shows that white labeling is unavailable (indicated by red "x").
Each Tier shows that white labeling is unavailable. However, the main caption touts white labeling ability, and it is listed in the description. So, now I'm confused. Is white labeling available with any of these tiers or not? Please advise. Thanks!
A: We pushed a few fixes recently, and the site was briefly down during that time. Everything is back up and running now — you can access it at https://app.followr.ai/login without any issue.
Q: Does Followr allow clients to review, approve, or leave feedback on posts directly within the platform?
We're looking for a way to streamline client approvals - ideally, they'd get notified and could approve or comment on scheduled posts without needing to use external tools. Would love to know if this is already possible within Followr.
A: Yes in Followr, you can draft posts and leave them unpublished, so your clients can review and approve them before they're posted. That’s the current workflow we support for streamlining approvals.
They can log in, review the drafts, and publish them when ready — or you can coordinate final posting once they give the green light.

Jun 6, 2025A: yes, white labeling is definitely available, but it’s only included starting from Tier 10.
You just need to scroll to the right on the pricing table — it's a bit of a UX issue on the deal page layout, and you're not the first one to ask.

You can log in as usual at https://app.followr.ai/login.
