A: Hey! Thank you for the questions.

Forento does not accept SCORM format courses at this time. You'll be able to easily upload your content manually, as text, images, videos, or other formats available. You can learn more about the course content within Forento here: https://help.forento.io/en/articles/6209550-courses

As for your second question, I'm not entirely sure what you're referring to...

Q: Different brands for different courses?

Does your Forento account allow you to create different courses and/or downloads for different topics, can they have their own branded landing page/site?
Or do we only get one branded site?

Q: Zapier Integration, Currency VAT and invoices

Hello,

I took the maximum offer
6 Codes

On the Forento de Appsumo product page, it says Zapier integration (without mentioning that it's an optional extra). First disappointment

Then the training prices are obviously only in USD. No possibility of integrating VAT

It's not possible to create an invoice, and as Zappier integration is an option, it's not possible to automate invoice creation when paying a customer.

It is therefore unusable in Europe.

Do you have any plans to remedy this?

Thanks

A: Hey sasusrefconsulting, thank you for the question.

Thank you for the feedback regarding the Zapier integration. I understand your point.

When it comes to payments, I can happily share that Forento is completely usable in Europe. USD is set as the default currency of your academy as you sign up. Once you've connected a payment gateway, you can easily switch USD to any other currency on the...

Q: iDEAL payment

Hi Adrian!
Has Forento enabled iDEAL as a payment option within it's stripe integration? Or is this something that could be (easily) implemented in the future? Thx in advance!

A: Hey Serena_CC, thank you for being patient while I had this looked at by our team.

After investigating iDeal as a payment method within Stripe, I must unfortunately share that it does not work with Forento's payment configuration, including the automated sales commission fee. This means that iDeal would only be available as a payment gateway if you're on a non-commission-based plan. Such as a...

Q: Am I right that Drip Content and Zapier Integration are not included in any plan?

If I'm reading this right, even if I purchase Tier 6, I still won't get the ability to drip content, use Zapier, add multiple channel communities or create certificates unless I purchase the Scale Add-on, which is $50 a month.

I just want to clarify because on your website the Scale Plan is $119/month with 0% sales commission. So after purchasing the Tier 6 plan I'd still have to pay $79 ($50 + $29) per month to equal the Scale Plan, which is only a savings of $40 per month. And if you add in the Tier 6 cost ($294) and amortize it over one year, that brings it to $104, which means for the first year I'm only saving $15 per month versus your top plan purchased on your website.

Is this math right?

A: Hey, thank you for the question.

I appreciate you taking the time to run numbers for the optional upgrades available for lifetime deal customers of Forento. Your math has a few flaws; the actual price for these features is a lot cheaper than what you came up with. I'm happy to advise on how to best get set up, to get as much access as possible, for as little as possible.

To clarify: the...
