Q: When booking it pre select the time blocks, so if i offer a 20 minute consultation, it allows booking at 2 then 220

then 2:40, 3pm , etc, is there a way to set it up so it gives some the option to book at 2:10 or 2:30pm since the whole hour is open?

If you set the employee schedule to start at 2:10, then subsequent available slots will be offered every 20 minutes (e.g., 2:30, 2:50, and so on). You can set this up in the "Schedules" section.

Q: when using the embed code the price symbol shows E for Euro, it shows $ in the portal its only when trying to embed

portal looks fine but on my test site it shows the Euro symbol.Also how do i add a description to my services?

Thank you for pointing this out! We've already fixed the issue, and the correct currencies are displayed now.

To add a description, go to "My Page" > "Edit data" and click "Edit" next to each service. Remember to save and click on "Publish Changes" when you're done.

Q: how do i configure packs so it is available for new customers

I cant find how to create this without already having a customer name, do i just create a John Doe and will this only be offere to John Doe, I want anyone to prepurchase 3 or 5 sessions for a discounted price
