Hiya, This looks like a great alternative to Vivo with way more attendees. 1. When it says the number of 'meeting rooms', it refers to how many you can have open at the same time or something else? In other words, if I'm running a summit, can I have 3 separate sessions running with 3 separate hosts? 2. How many hosts can I have per call? Looking forward to seeing the polling and quizzing features. Thanks!

Q: Saving Previous Call Settings
I know from using other systems (browser based) that they would save settings so they don't have to be reset every time. Is there a way to do this with Meetn?
Each time I go in to start a call for the day, I have to reset for example, Remove background noise (I need this off for music workshops) or the View options. Can these be saved/remembered by Meetn for both the hosts and the clients? I'm having to reset all mine and then walk the client thru them too, even after we set it all on their first call.

Is there a way to disable the ability to call in by phone? For some companies it makes sense, but others want you there to show things, not just converse.
+1 for this too. I don't require the phone call in and it's been confusing for those new customers when joining that I've been doing calls with. The Meetn system is solid though which is terrific.
Q: Is whiteboard and live annotations you will be adding
to meetn capabilities by end of this year?

Apr 19, 2025A: Correct. Each meeting room in tiers 2-5 means has its own URL, its own settings, its own permission etc.
And each room can have as many hosts and admins as you like and they can all attend at the same time

Rick, I know you're overwhelmed right now and I thank you for your thoughtful responses.
For some strange reason I was able to activate my account this morning. Didn't do anything different.
In any case, I see that I have 9x rooms available so my Tier-3 upgrade also worked.
One last question, where can I see HOW MUCH STORAGE SPACE I'm consuming?
Can't find anything in the menu.
