I bought tier2 2 minutes ago, but the redemption / activation fails with a error message in a pop-up : Failed to fetch token..

Please, help!

I am enjoying the product so far but I just have 2 major requests. 1. Can you please make meetn meetings available to join via mobile without downloading an app ? 2. If you can provide a feature for mobile phone users to share their screen ? If it is in progress, what is the ETA ?

I'm trying to understand the concept of meeting rooms. So with Tier 3 and 9 meeting rooms, does that mean I can have one branded for my personal meetings, one branded for my personal webinars, one branded for training, one branded for one of my team members,,,

Hi, I looked through the answers but am still unclear on a couple things.

Simultaneous rooms
# of meeting rooms - does these mean that the rooms can run simultaneously?

Attendee limits (max 1000 attendees per meeting)
Does this mean that the three meeting rooms in t2 can have 1000 attendees in each room? So that could welcome 3000 people simultaneously in different rooms?

I bought and refunded but apparently the issues have been fixed and I want to try again!

I've been looking for a tool to do one on one meetings if I get one code can I do that?
