We currently run our business on Open Phone and our mobile lines. Here are my questions:
1. Is there now, or will there soon be, the ability to use MsgBubble with Open Phone numbers (they use Twillio to source numbers if I'm not mistaken), or with eSIM so we can use our mobile providers numbers?
2. Can we port a number, or group of numbers, over from either Open Phone or mobile carriers?
3. Is there a mobile app for iOS/Android that could act as a replacement for Open Phone that would allow communication via text and voice from mobile devices?
4. Is there call routing functionality to send incoming communications through a series of users in order?
5. Is there a phone tree so a lead can select the appropriate department to communicate with?
A: Hi Superdang! We can work with you to port your numbers to us or you can port them to your own Twilio account and connect your own Twilio to MsgBubble as well. As far as advanced phone features like call routing and phone trees, those functions are not available yet but we are finalizing development on them now so they will be part of MsgBubble soon. Please reach out to us at...
Hey Joshua, thanks for responding. I'm still looking for an answer to this question before making a decision.

Q: Unlimited sub account?
With tier 5, what are the rates once we exceed the 55 authorized sub-accounts?
Your platform seems promising. However, as an agency, we need unlimited sub-accounts... without this, we'll stay with other platforms that offer this (GHL, Climbo...). Is this something you can consider?
Also, do you have any ETA for other languages (french)?
A: Hi Sebgardies! We appreciate your comment, we have been working on this platform for a long time. We will be offering unlimited sub-accounts for an additional monthly fee similar to GHL. We understand this is something agencies need to ensure they can scale with a platform. Please reach out to us at support@msgbubble.com if you are interested. As far as other languages, we are working on...
A: Hi Bobjrusso! Credits are showing on your account. Please reach out to us at support@msgbubble.com if you have any specific account issues so we can assist you. Thank you.
Thanks they are showing now. I emailed support@msgbubble.com regarding a dedicated number, but the emails returned as undeliverable. I also set up the domain name, but it is still not up.
Bobb, we got your email and we replied back about an hour ago. You can also just submit a ticket and manage them from the support portal as well: https://msgbubble.freshdesk.com/support/home

Q: How long does it take to verify business information?
It has been four days since business information verification had been pending. Moreover, the dns has not propagated yet. As of now, this app is useless. I bought it on 15 December and today is 19 and I cannot do anything with it. Were you ready to launch? Appsumo should look into you since you collect customer SSN and business EIN?
A: Hi Bob! It usually only takes 1-2 days, you submitted on 16 December and it was completed this morning 18 December (US East Coast). For DNS propagation that does not involve MsgBubble, websites with our website builder are available immediately through the preview link but using your own domain involves a simple A record change with your provider, i.e. Godaddy.com. Lastly, we do not collect...
A: We currently do not have this feature, but it's something we can consider adding in the future. In the meantime, I suggest manually adding a line item for processing fees to your invoices, provided this is permitted by your customers' local regulations.

Q: credit usage fee
Do you have an area that lets us transfer the credit card fees to the customer? Like a credit usage fee?
