Q: Audio interview + extended recording duration

Async video interviews are limited to a 4-minute recording and 15 questions in total. This is too short. Can you please increase the 8 minutes and 15 questions to 30 questions?

Also, is it possible to roll out async audio interviews with a longer duration?

Why? For privacy and anti-discrimination reasons.

Q: Account activiation

Why new users must have a business email address to signup for your services (no Gmail or Outlook email allowed). But this was never specified anywhere.
Now we tried to activate our AS purchase and the account can't be linked to our AS, and you can't even to try to fix this on your backend so users can activate their AS license. This is such a furstrating experience.
