Hi, I am considering purchasing Tier-5 of SendFox and have a few questions about the same :
1. Do you allow for A/B testing? 2. Does it integrate with Google Analytics? 3. If I delete some contacts , will that free up that much space to add new contacts ?
Answers for you: 1) We don't support A/B testing at this time, as we're focused on the simplest features so we can provide SendFox at the lowest cost for users like you!
2) You can absolutely use your utm parameters when sending an email, and many people do, to track in GA4/Google Analytics.
3) Yes, you can absolutely delete contacts to stay within limits.
With tier 5 we should have the option to remove branding. I don't think it makes sense to have that there. Especially where we are trying to use this tool as a customer-facing tool.
The simple answer is it's not financially viable. We could not support a SendFox that has no branding on a Lifetime deal, because every single deliverable sent by a user we have to pay our backend sending platform to send. This is why we offer no branding/white label for a very low monthly add-on that is discounted 50% for Sumo-lings. You can find more details on...
We would love to use sendfox for email drip campaigns for newly signed-up customers, question - is there a way to remove them from the sequence after they have converted to paid customers? can we sync this over zap? i see the automation triggers are very minimal. Would love to see such functionality or more advanced automation. Thank you!
hey fam, sorry if this was addressed already! I was looking at mailierlist MailerLite and a few other ones, but seems like i can do everything from SendFox? And have been a user for some time. So 2 questions: 1) i see the single opti-in is optional? can you share more on that? I know it's up to us to do it and i know that double opt-in is preferred, but i think it's a better UX without it - so what's the downside of turning it off? 2) we can connect our domain and have the emails go out from our domain - is there a downside to this? would hate our domain spam score go up. Thank you!
