Q: Limit?

When you say "X.Enrollments per month when learners come from invites or external integration" does that mean that say if we go and advertise our course and people click on our paid advertising that they wont be able to sign up after reaching that mentioned limit?

If so then what good would that do us or you as a company (since you take a good cut already) to limit paying customers? This part didn't make sense to me and might be a solid reason for me to ask for a refund.

Please let me know if I understood something wrong here.

You can have as many students sign up as you’d like, and that’s also the only scenario where we take a small revenue share. Q: White label, different languages & PayPal

One feature that I would prefer having is white labeling/ custom cname is this something you are planning on implementing in the future? Some of us have a brand they want to maintain and market so having something like that is essential.

Also do you have different languages support such as Arabic & Chinese?

Do you plan on implementing different payment gateways such as PayPal?

Q: Some questions

Hello, I hope you're all well. My questions are:

1. Do you have a public road map?
2. Do you plan to make improvements to the exams or tests? I'd really like the platform to allow for many more assessment methods, and I'd also like to see each student's assessments.
3. Is the limit of 60 students per month at level 3 cumulative? That is, can I have 120 students in my course in two months?

Q: STEPPIT Activation Issue

I purchased STEPPIT on April 14 and attempted to activate it today. While the account was successfully activated, I noticed that it is currently showing as a "free" account instead of reflecting my Tier 2 purchase.

It seems that my Tier 2 purchase was not recognized during the activation process. Can you look into this matter and ensure that my account is updated to reflect the Tier 2 status that I
