When you say "X.Enrollments per month when learners come from invites or external integration" does that mean that say if we go and advertise our course and people click on our paid advertising that they wont be able to sign up after reaching that mentioned limit?
If so then what good would that do us or you as a company (since you take a good cut already) to limit paying customers? This part didn't make sense to me and might be a solid reason for me to ask for a refund.
Please let me know if I understood something wrong here.
A: Hi there – happy to help clarify this! If you're selling your course through our built-in Stripe checkout, you're completely unrestricted – there are no monthly enrollment limits in that case. You can have as many students sign up as you’d like, and that’s also the only scenario where we take a small revenue share. We’ve intentionally kept that path unlimited to fully support your growth and...
One feature that I would prefer having is white labeling/ custom cname is this something you are planning on implementing in the future? Some of us have a brand they want to maintain and market so having something like that is essential.
Also do you have different languages support such as Arabic & Chinese?
Do you plan on implementing different payment gateways such as PayPal?
A: Hi there, happy to help answer these for you. We don’t have plans to implement white-labelling/custom domains. We’ve chosen not to pursue these options as our vision has been for Steppit to become an open marketplace where each course creator has a public channel similar to YouTube where they can host their courses.
At the moment, our platform interface and transactional emails are in...
Yes, you can enroll students manually by entering multiple email addresses at a time to bulk-enroll without using Zapier. We have a full guide with a demo on this here: www.steppit.com/resources/enrolling-learners-manually/
Q: Some questions
Hello, I hope you're all well. My questions are:
1. Do you have a public road map? 2. Do you plan to make improvements to the exams or tests? I'd really like the platform to allow for many more assessment methods, and I'd also like to see each student's assessments. 3. Is the limit of 60 students per month at level 3 cumulative? That is, can I have 120 students in my course in two months?
A: Hi there — we’re doing well, thank you! I hope you are too. Happy to help with your questions:
1. Yes, we do have a public roadmap! You can check it out here: www.steppit.com/roadmap 2. We do have some iterations in mind to enhance our quiz feature for assessing students, but for now, our focus is on broader feature additions that will improve the overall platform experience. You can check out...
Hello! You mentioned, "That means you could have 120 students enrolled over two months, for example, and those learners will remain in your course once enrolled." If the maximum course length is two months- How would that work? If you have a course repeated every two months is the community emptied?
Hey there - courses are set to have lifetime access by default, so in this use case, the 60 students who got enrolled on the first month would continue to have access on the second, meaning on month two, you could enroll another 60 and have 120 students all together. Comment replies here have a character limit, so I'm happy to explain further if you contact support 🙏
Q: STEPPIT Activation Issue
I purchased STEPPIT on April 14 and attempted to activate it today. While the account was successfully activated, I noticed that it is currently showing as a "free" account instead of reflecting my Tier 2 purchase.
It seems that my Tier 2 purchase was not recognized during the activation process. Can you look into this matter and ensure that my account is updated to reflect the Tier 2 status that I purchased? Thanks.
A: Hi there, thanks for letting us know about this, sorry that there seems to have been some activation confusion. So that we can look into it and get it sorted for you, would you mind reaching out directly to our support team here: www.steppit.com/resources/contact/ and we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
Its there a way to have the output in a different language? I don't mind the interface being in english, but the content, really need to be in portuguese... any ideas?
A: Hey there, and welcome aboard – we're so glad to have you with us!
While we don’t currently support multiple languages across the platform, one workaround you might find helpful is using our AI course planning and session (i.e. lesson) planning tools by prompting it to use a different language. When you use these planning tools, the AI assistant will ask you a few questions to understand your...
