Q: Pre-defined questions/flows do not function as stated
Hey, I am having a look through the docs and played around with the flow. When trying predefined questions and trying to use the inbuilt functionalities such as 'get user data' function and the likes, it gives me an error in relation to an OpenAI API key error. My understanding is that predefined questions/flows would not be dependent on OpenAI API, why am i getting such an error? I purchased this app from AppSumo.
I tried sending you a few emails but got no clarity for the situation. Can you look into it?
I'm having trouble getting support chats to be emailed to users when they're offline. I've got my SMTP Info set up but it's not working and the support talks about a PHP file I'm not using because I'm using cloud version. Please help.
Where is there a support chat for you guys? I donât see one in my logged in account.
Q: does the chatbot not know how to differentiate the data it has?
currently i have a pdf uploaded an entire website of 150url and a flow i created. however upon trigering the flow and collecting details from the user the bot automatically pass the conversation to a agent instead of continueing the conversation until it cannot handle then only hand over to a agent. is there some setting im not doing correctly here?
