The completed downloads when I use the "chapters" part of the clipping feature do not work, they do not appear in the download folder and when trying to open them in the app it says "file does not exist". General downloads and manual clipping downloads work but "chapters" is the feature I wanted the app for, can you tell me why this may not be working

I have the same problem cant eve reach your site cause its not loading I bought the product directly from your site. Saw that its on App Sumo as well I sent an email the software is not responding at all on my laptop. Installed uninstalled numerous times and it still the same issue.

Most Youtube videos have a transcript that you can easily view, or copy to clipboard, and then save it a text file. Why can't SFVD grab that--it's right on the page, for most videos. No need to transcribe anything all over again--it's already done and is waiting on the page!
Why would I want a transcript? I submit them to submit ChatGPT, where I can do summaries, but also all kinds of other inquiries into what was discussed in that video. I know there are many Chrome extensions & apps that do summaries. But I grab all the transcripts for an entire channel, then submit all of them in bulk to Chat--and now I have all the info from the entire channel! That is powerful!
