Q: How do I send followup emails to contacts in workflow according to their email activity?
I sent an email and I'm tracking 3 things in it. I want the second email to trigger if the first email is opened, delivered, or clicked. However the second email is not triggering. For instance, an email will be sent when a contact enters a tag. I want the tag to be then updated to Opened, and after a wait of 5 minutes, and then I want another email to be sent. This is not happening. While testing, I'm receiving the first email when I add myself in the tag. I open the email and only scroll and DONOT click on any link. Still all 3 tags are being updated against my contact when only the Opened tag should update. Moving on, I don't even receive the second email. What's wrong in the sequence?

Congrats on this great launch on AppSumo, but unfortuantatly I couldn't make it to grab even a lifetime single plan, so it will be so helpful to get this deal back again within the coming few months hopefully on the coming BF deals since AppSumo brings back the top 5-10 deal every year for 5-7 days launch and I hope Swipe One will be one of them, and until then I hope to see back gain on AppSumo soon.
