Get It While You Can
I love this product! I was like a lot of people a little bit apprehensive at first because of the no refund, and I started out tip toeing. After playing around with it, it has me running full steam ahead. I had a few hiccups and my experience has been excellent. They responded back to me within 24hours and fixed my issue. It has been phenomenal with my use case, and will save me in my budget. Training the agent has been a good experience as well. My agent seems to have gotten smarter as I continued to feed her with information. My agent hung up early as I was testing, but as time has gone on and I fed her more information she has gotten smarter by the day. I have not experienced those issues as much. The agent will continue to improve. I can't speak for others, but I have had a good experience, and if I had the extra money, I would full stack it all the way. This platform can change your outlook and save you and your company some money. 5 tacos for me

Big Promises, Bigger Disappointments
I love the concept of this product; it’s brimming with potential. But without a working admin system and with support that’s as non-existent as my patience, this non-refundable product is a masterclass in frustration. The Slack support channel feels like a ghost town, and the team seems swamped with new users. Honestly, it’s not ready for prime time, let alone the AppSumo platform. Since refunds aren't an option, I’ll just let this product gather dust and hope they eventually deliver on the big promises they marketed. For now, though, I’m left feeling duped and thoroughly unimpressed. My AppSumo credits deserved better.

Getting support feels like yelling into the void. The AI chatbot swoops in like a well-meaning but clueless sidekick, leaving no sign of an actual human to help. Meanwhile, the app demands an "a2P bundle" (whatever that is) with zero explanation on how to fix the issue. And don’t get me started on the settings - everything screams “USA only,” making international users like me feel like an afterthought. Honestly, this product feels ill-equipped for international users.

Soy de Perú y no hay números +51 o están excesivamente caros al momento de escribir esta reseña ($135). Un costo que puede romper el equilibrio financiero para usar o comercializar esta plataforma si luego se traslada al usuario final y resultará inviable ya que por con ese costo mas los gatos de créditos, no hay diferencia con los costos de tener a un humano al teléfono.
Compré el nivel agencia para también poder probar la herramienta y quedarme a la espera de la función de marca blanca. No hay nada claro aún respecto a esta función. Creo que he leído entre 2 o 3 respuestas diferentes sobre esta cuestión. No sé si con esto traten a los clientes de agencia/marca blanca como usuarios finales o no en el caso de los precios y beneficios de agencia, o tal vez implementen algo poco conveniente.
El soporte es aún deficiente y puede ser debido a la alta demanda de los nuevos clientes de AppSumo en estos momentos. Sin embargo, su bot de soporte es redundante y deficiente; además, las respuestas previas poco claras sobre los niveles agencia y marca blanca, junto con la falta de disponibilidad de números que pueden costar mas caros, hacen que sea una inversión de riesgo.
Si la herramienta madura bien y resuelve sus problemas, puede ser una buena inversión en la que ambos salgan ganando (compradores agencia y Thoughtly); si no, será solo beneficiosa para usuarios finales que no son agencia para países seleccionados. Y si no madura bien, será una pérdida de dinero.

Has potential..
I've had experience with Salescloser.ai and that does what this does (save and except for some differences in feature-set, but generally the same thing) and even has an AI that conducts zoom meetings...next level stuff!
✅They get 2 stars for:
- A polished look and feel
- Decent documentation
- UI in intuitive enough
- Buying a phone number and getting a 'thoughtly' (agent) up and running was easy enough
- Outbound capability, though this feature is catching on.
❌They lost 3 stars for:
- Support. If you're coming on appsumo, you have to be ready, no matter what. Support is where the confidence for any product lies. It's extremely important, especially if your product still has some quirks and bugs (which yours has). You pretty much turned off the ability for us to type into the Intercom chat too. In my rating scheme, any company automatically gets 3 stars knocked off for poor support...if the product is extremely polished and works exceptionally without a glitch, there's a chance of 3 stars.
- I had to go through the onboarding step (a couple questions) twice and refresh pages etc to get to the dashboard.
- I can't figure out how to delete a 'connection' so i had to copy a node and and delete the connected one.
- Training says url datasource scrapes the entire site, yet it also states that all subdomains and pages must be added separately...but a decent database (called 'genius') with good sources.
- My credits are being used even while training the bot...that shouldn't be.
- The agent said a few odd words sometimes, paused too long sometimes, cuts in and out sometimes. I solved the 'abrupt end' issue by introducing another node, before the end node and training it a bit.
The tool has potential. I like it. Improve your onsite support and I'll review my rating here. Keep at it.
