Q: Paid sessions available in BRL?

How does the paid session feature work? Is it integrated with another platform, or is it handled directly through TidyCal? And is it available in Brazilian Real (BRL), or only in US dollars?

TidyCal bookings are paid for at the time of the booking via Stripe or PayPal integrations, and we support Brazilian Real (BRL).

Q: Is it Possible to Change the Team Branding?

Hi! I'm looking at the team settings under your new agency plan, and it's slightly different than the main settings: no branding controls. Is there a way to change the color settings of individual teams, so we can use them for different brands? Thank you!

Many thanks for your question!

While the color settings are not editable, when you create a team, the first thing you will see is a place to upload a team logo.
You may create as many teams as you need, and they can all have unique branding that will display on the team booking page.

The cancellation/reschedule policy in TidyCal is solely in the hands of bookers, and they might cancel or reschedule the meeting any time they wish.

You can indicate your terms and conditions in the booking type description and manage your own policy that way, for now.

In TidyCal itself, there isn't any option that would allow changing cancellation rules, specifying...

Q: Event routing based on responses to questions

Hello.

I think the following feature in the tool would be interesting.

Having the option to redirect users to one booking event or another based on the answer given to a question. I saw this option on another booking platform, and it would be a nice improvement for qualifying our users. Would it be possible to consider implementing it?

Our knowledge of N8N is quite limited, as we do not offer native integration with N8N at this time.
You may, however, explore tools that could allow you to connect TidyCal and N8N together, such as in this example:
