Q: Case cenario 1 Bot for different pages

Is it possible (if not that would be an upvote) to have connected different caledars for different websites. I my case it would be like this: I have on one website a calendar with paid appointments (Trafft) and on the other website only meetings customers (Google calendar).

A: Actually, what you can do is this. For your most important calendar, put that one in the first section "Business Info", as that will be the AI Agent's booking calendar.

If you have another calendar that you need it to offer to people, you can put this in the "Additional Resources" section (soon to be called Resource Links). You can add the Title: Trafft, URL (link), and Category "paid...

Q: Connecting to a knowledge base

Hi there

We host all of our customer-facing company info on a knowledge base (we use Eniston purchased also via Appsumo but i guess it could be anything). Is there a way to train the bot directly on KBs or would i have to export all the KB info into Vengo manually? Apologies if that’s somewhat of a basic question. Thanks

Q: Can you allocate the Voice and Chat minutes to each chatbot yourself?

T1 - $79 ~ 0 min for 1 Chatbots
T2 - $159 ~ 5 min for 3 Chatbots > 1.7 min/month per Chatbot
T3 - $262 ~ 15 min for 5 Chatbots > 3 min/month per Chatbot
T4 - $514 ~ 35 min for 10 Chatbots > 3.5 min/month per Chatbot
T5 - $858 ~ 60 min for 15 Chatbots > 4 min/month per Chatbot

I've tested Vengo AI Voice-feature on different websites with a stopwatch for several simple questions.1 Voice-response took about 15 - 35 seconds. This is why it is a fancy, though useless feature for these amounts of minutes. Or it's for companies who only have very few visitors.

Running out > No personal API > we have to pay your company about $0.50/minute.

Q: So, where can we chat with one of your AI sales agents? Why do you not use your own technology on your own website?

I went to your website to see how your product works, but there is no AI Sales Agent on it? Why would you not have one on your website for us to chat with? You are selling this platform, and not using your own product to help sell? Where can we try this without signing up?

Also, what would the use case be for the 15 voice minutes (for Tier 3)? One person can burn through those in one session if they had a lot of questions. I know you addressed that they are expensive, but, what would be an actual use for those? It makes no sense to me, but I might be perceiving the usage wrong.

Also, can you explain "Chat minutes per month" Does it count the time while the human is typing or just the answers. For example, say someone started a chat, went out for a 2 hour dinner and came back to finish the chat, does it time out if there is no response?
