A: 1. Yes. You can use the generic link to your review page or a customer specific link, found on their profile in the portal. 2. There are a couple of widgets. I’ll be revamping this section next year. 3. Yes. 4. Yes.
Q: Suitable for local business?
Hey, I help local businesses with their marketing and want to start offering review management for google reviews.
Is this platform suitable for that?
I want to either embed a review link or something on their websites or I want to have a QR code for customers to scan in the local store.
Reviews 1-3 -> send to form
Reviews 4-5 -> send to google reviews
Or is this suitable only for inviting?
Also, how many clients can I have on tier 1?
I want to have separate "workspaces" for each client so it doesnt get mixed up.
