Q: Does it learn on our email responses for future usage?
I am hoping when replies made inside Airfive or outside (traditional gmail) it could gather that info to "build" the knowledge base instead of me having to start with a bunch of documentation to train it. What say you?
To phrase another way; can I tell someone here's how to do xyz in airfive email and then next time that question comes it will auto draft that?

Also we have some settings sit signatures for mail merges and things like that ;) and yeah when something is auto tagged like a BUG or something it can automatically send it to a task manager or even text you or slack you

Traceability of who last worked on which ticket Assign a ticket to another user Integration of social media channels? Time-based reminders? For example, someone asks when a workshop in Cologne will take place again, and you can set a reminder for 2 months later.

1. How does the tier and credit system work? - What does one credit represent? For example, does one credit equal one email response? 2. What are AI agents, and what role do they play? - Does the program reply automatically, only generate drafts, or can I choose how it operates?

Or to complex to built Ok so regarding the workspaces - 1 Workspace 1 personal inbox? - could my support guy move a message that neither he or the KI can answer then to my inbox ? Can the workspaces work together somehow or are there completly differnt?
Bc think about how much work a support system is…for YOU; not us. You have to manually tag things, manually assign to others, look at what others are doing, etc. we simply want you to NOT DO support. Our ai can just reply to support things as they come in ;)
Q: How far away is workspace functionality?
Hi - looks like a great tool! I run a small agency and need something like this. However, it seems the workspace functionality my agency requires is not yet "in the box" and "may arrive" down the road. Call me a general LTD skeptic at this point given multiple bad experiences investing in tools needint features which did not exist at purchase, yet were promised by founders - and then either never delivered, or delivered in a version to which LTD buyers were not included to receive ...
When do you anticipate the full workspace functionality to be available; branding, training, etc. essentially supporting a different agency client within a workspace?
I presume I will need either Tier 4 or 5, to have this capability. Either of these are considerable investments - certainly do not want to make a poor choice here.

I’m a skeptic of the LTD game which is why we make multiple tools for our lazy empire community and the appsumolings. “Heavy hearts” ain’t in our DNA ;) full workspace with airfive will be done within the white label portal in the next 1-2...

White label is included in the tier 6 of our lazy leadz product atm. BUUUT we will give access to the highest tier of AppSumo here with very little fee ;)

Q: Signatures html
Cool tool. Can I add html signatures and if a customer is persistent is there a way to set an escalation to human function or rule?
