Will Airfive branding be visible anywhere? 4) Can you provide an example use case of an AI agent beyond scraping Instagram leads, and explain how it is relevant to Airfive? (If I take scrapping instagram leads example, what is the next step in the Airfive workflow after scraping leads? ) 5) If AI agents can get leads why do we need 'lazy leads'? whats the difference.

The questions I just raised here on Appsumo....are the same questions I asked in your Skool support envirnoment 3 days ago. There seems liitle activity / response from thr Airfive team which is kind of getting a red flag for me. To what extent is there a support team and will they pick up questions? Plus, is there a roadmap to share on future developments? Or will it stay the same as it is?

Hi Jeremy, just started with Airfive, connected 2 mail accounts and played with it. I have a few questions: 1) I notice that the Unibox keeps all mails in one thread togerther = good. Is it possible to delete the full thread at once, rather than deleting 1 by 1 each message? 2) Is it possible to work with fixed template responses on certain topics.....or is that the learning part the AI has to do? 3) Would it be possible to give extra input to incorporate in the AI response? Example: i run a webshop and customers ask me when their order will be delivered. It would be great if I could add manually the track&trace code / link in it, so AI can use it to write a good response. 4) In addition....would it be possible to create somehow a connection to Shopify where the AI can pick-up order details (customer address name, track&trace code)?

I am hoping when replies made inside Airfive or outside (traditional gmail) it could gather that info to "build" the knowledge base instead of me having to start with a bunch of documentation to train it. What say you?
