Q: Redemption Issues - And I want to review this for an Upgrade before the sale is over
I am unable to redeem my Tier 3 purchase, and I would like to review this before the sale is over since I may want to Upgrade to 4 or 5.
I did submit a support ticket and I got this answer: "Our sales team will be in touch within 5-7 business days."!! - The sale will be over by then.
What can I do to get the issue resolved?
When I hit the activation button it simply sent me to a login page. And I don't have a login.
Then, when I went back to the Appsumo Page, it showed that it was already activated.?! I even tried sending a password retrieval, but that did not work.
Can you please help fix this ASAP so that i can review and use the software before the sale is over? Thank you

business (outbound caller) per stack. I have no interest in registering for outbound usage. I'm all about inbound calls and am excited about using your platform. I have three state registered brands. Would I be able to split my three brands up between the two tiers if I was to buy a second? I already have sms covered, I don't have to register an outbound number do I?
I am interested in this, but put off by the recent bad reviews that the platform is not working, no replies to support messages. I created a trial account and I seem the get the message forbidden: you don't have access to this team. Other reviews mention people who have not been verified can't get refunded even though they have a business, what is your policy on this?
If someone buys this deal but is not onboarded are they refunded?
HI do we need to subscribe to any 3rd party services to be able to use your service? does each tier have exactly what I need to be up and running? can I deploy and set up multiple agents for different languages? would i need multiple telephone numbers?
