Q: Can I get a US number approved to call clients in Mexico?

I want to start my question with saying how much I like this tool. I'm so happy I decided to invest in this. I regret not purchasing a higher tier.
Do you have any recommendation to get a US phone number approved for outbound calls to numbers of a foreign country (The number would make appointment reminders to clients in Mexico).
So far I've used the inbound calls and they work wonderfully. But would definitely love to be able to make appointment reminders through calls and sms.
I have reached out a number of times to customer service to have them fix the issue with my account. The credits dont align with the tier that I purchased. Can someone from the thoughtly team please respond.

I purchased the deal to test with the possibility of upgrading based on the usage and effectiveness. I have emailed your support about 5 times, with no response over a week. Please advise if this is usual and how exactly we are meant to get hold of you and your support?
I did. A few times infact.. we are now about 4 weeks later and still no reply. Even their ai bot is not great, unable to assist with basoc answering of questions. I must have 5+ tickets open with them. In the interim, i have written this product off as a bad buy. Hopefully it will get better in time, will try again later in the year.
Q: Coming back to Appsumo?
I didnt realize getting the phone numbers eat up so many of my credits.
Should have paid attention and gotten the next level up…come back!

Can Thoughtly leave a voice message on a recipients phone without actually having to call the number (similar to voicedrop.ai)?
